I’ve been posting my breakfast creations on Instagram Stories lately and I got a lot of request if I could share my recipes with you guys. So here we go with some breakfast inspirations!
I always start my day with a huge glass of water infused with juice of a whole lemon and one tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar. This combination is perfect to wake up your body and to get your digestion working – plus I’ve been feeling less bloated since I started drinking this throughout the day.
In addition to that I also have a cup of tea. Especially during winter season I looooove drinking tea and I always have a pot of tea on working desk while doing assignments or watching series. My current favorite is the Fruity Slim Tea from Natural Mojo. While being super delicious due to its ingredients such as lemongrass, orange, apple & vanilla it also stimulates your metabolism. Win-win situation!
I currently love having Smoothie Bowls for breakfast – refreshing and delicious. So I thought I could share my current favorite Smoothie Bowls recipes with you.
My favorite Smoothie Bowl Recipes:
Açai Berry Smoothie Bowl
- 1 frozen Banana
- 1 handful frozen Blueberries or Berries
- 400g Silken Tofu
- 2 tsp Agave Syrup (or any sweetener you desire)
- 1 tbsp Berry Boost powder from Natural Mojo
The Berry Boost Powder is packed with a lot of nutrients such as Açai, Pomegranate, Spirulina, Spinach & Pea Protein and is therefore perfect to kick start your day with some greens in the morning – plus it’s rich in protein as well!
Super Green Smoothie Bowl
- 2 frozen Bananas
- 300g frozen Mango
- 2 Medjool Dates
- 250ml Coconut Water or Milk
- 1 tsp Power Focus powder from Natural Mojo
- 1 tsp Vital Protect powder from Natural Mojo
As I don’t drink coffee I like to use the Power Focus Powder which is perfect to give you a little caffeine kick and also fuels you with lots of important vitamins such as magnesium which are essential for your concentration in school, work or uni.
The Vital Protect Powder has a really tropical taste due to its ingredients such as passionfruit. Just in case you think that Spinach doesn’t taste awesome in smoothies – with this powder you definitely won’t taste it at all! Moreover, the bowl is really sweet due to the Medjool Dates and the sweetness of the Bananas. I’ve been addicted to this combination lately!
Creamy Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
- 4 frozen Bananas
- 250ml Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Chocolate Dream powder from Natural Mojo
- Optional: 1 tsp Fit Vanilla from Natural Mojo (for extra Protein)
I swear, the Chocolate Dream Powder (I wish you could smell this right now!) in combination with the Bananas is just perfect and is definitely my fav from all three recipes (I have a sweet tooth haha). The Bananas make the bowl really creamy and the powder in combination with the salty Peanut Butter gives it a really chocolaty taste. Definitely tastes like a sin but it’s actually healthy!
Definitely give these recipes a try – you won’t regret it! As it’s Black Friday, I also have a discount code for you from Natural Mojo. Use my code caro40 to get 40% on the whole product range from Natural Mojo until 26 November!
